According to music psychologist David M. Greenberg of the University of Cambridge and City University of New York, the best way to wake up in the morning is by listening to music that plays at a tempo of 100 to 130 beats per minute and brings you "through multiple stages from ... tiredness to being more alert and then getting energy from there." He put together a playlist of songs that meet these requirements. Many of the tracks are available at Eisenhower.
