Midterms got you stressed? Nicole Bujweski from Time in Yoga will lead you in yoga for stress reduction and relaxation. All equipment provided, but bring your own mat if you wish. Grades 7-12.

Veterans' Breakfast

We're saying thank you to the courageous men and women who have served our country by offering current service men, women, and veterans a free pastry and a hot beverage Join us breakfast, followed by a photo slideshow, music, and reminiscing. Please use the group option if you're planning to bring your spouse or a guest.

All the world's a stage. learn how to act out in it. Did you like Improv Night? Give this a try! Perform quick scenes with your fellow actors and play some theater games.

The people from Chicago's Middle Way Meditation will teach you how to reduce the stress in your daily life with practical mindfulness tools including the power of breath and guided meditation techniques.
