Crazy Eights Math Season Two

Digitize Your Photos and Negatives

Modern Times Film Series: Chappaquiddick

The Modern Times Film series showcases new additions to the library's movie collection. This month's movie will be Chappaquiddick, depicting Ted Kennedy's involvement in the fatal car accident that claimed the life of a young campaign strategist. 2017. Rated PG-13. 1h 46m.

Teen Music Club

Musicians of all levels in grades 7-12 are invited to hang out with friends and geek out about music. During each session, we'll talk about music, write songs, learn some instruments, and make recordings in the Workshop studio. Bring your ideas, instruments, and friends.

All About Needles and Thread

Find out what needles are best for different types of fabric, what products are available, and what needle and thread spool markings mean.

Battle of the Books

February 13th,
4:00pm to 5:00pm
Battle of the Books challenges students in grades four through six to become familiar with literature. Comprehension and retention are put to the test in a Jeopardy style battle between the teams.

Area schools create their own teams and gather at the library to compete in a five-week battle on questions derived from selected books. See your school's Battle Coach to sign up.

Classic Film Series: Moscow on the Hudson

Page to Screen Book Club: Devil in a Blue Dress

Every month the Page to Screen Club watches a movie and discusses the book from which it was adapted.
