After Hours Oscar Viewing Party

Join us in celebrating Hollywood's most glamorous night of the year by watching the Oscar broadcast live at Eisenhower. There will be a trivia contest during the show, as well as prizes and snacks.

Although we will be viewing the awards ceremony, this event is not sponsored by or affiliated with The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Crazy Eights Math Season Two

Join Bedtime Math's Crazy 8s, a new kind of math club where we'll build stuff, make mazes and do mischief-making activities like Beach Ball Party, Funny Money and Glow-in-the-Dark City.

Advanced Computer Literacy Series

Teen Music Club

Music fans of all levels in grades 7-12 are invited to hang out with friends and geek out about music. During each session, we'll talk about music, write songs, learn some instruments, and make recordings in the Workshop studio. Bring your ideas, instruments, and friends.

Coffee with the Director

Stop in at Fannie's Cafe, grab a free cup of coffee, and share your thoughts, comments, and suggestions with library director Stacy Wittmann.

Battle of the Books

February 27th,
4:00pm to 5:00pm
Battle of the Books challenges students in grades four through six to become familiar with literature. Comprehension and retention are put to the test in a Jeopardy style battle between the teams.

Area schools create their own teams and gather at the library to compete in a five-week battle on questions derived from selected books. See your school's Battle Coach to sign up.

Kids Write Away Redux

Anonymous Teen Writers

Part of Leo's Little Explorers. In true Leonardo Da Vinci fashion, we'll explore the worlds of math, science, art, and literacy. This week, we'll examine the concept of shapes using math and science. This program is ideal for those attending half day kindergarten.
