Starting to Sew Part 1

Grades 4-6. Registration Required.

This two part class provides basic sewing machine instruction. Each sewer will have a completed project at the end of the second class.

Register at the Kids desk to pick up a copy of the waiver.

200 Years of Illinois Trivia with William Pack

One part history, one part storytelling, and one part trivia game, William Pack's once-in-200-years celebration of Illinois' bicentennial is guaranteed to be fun and informative with a dash of William's love for the odd and unusual.

Preschool Playtime

Ages 3 - 5 with parent or caregiver. Drop-in.

Play date! Come see what creative fun we are offering for little ones and their caregivers. We'll offer a few engaging pre-literacy activities each week with a focus on play.

Anonymous Teen Writers

Pen and Paper Tabletop Adventure Club

Grab your pencils and dice! We are going on an adventure without even leaving the library! Find the secrets in the tomb of annihilation and see if you can stop the curse in this Dungeons and Dragons adventure. Registration is for all seven weeks.
