Healthy Sugars

November 22nd,

Sugars plan a major impact on various health factors including Diabetes, Arthritis, and Heart Disease. Come join us for an educational talk with Oak Street Health and learn about sugars both good and bad, how to tell the difference, and best practices for controlling our sugar levels. Healthy snacks will be provided.

Book Writing Critique Group

New Year, New Bullet Journal

A bullet journal is a customizable and forgiving organization system. It can be your journal, planner, to-do list, sketchbook, notebook, or even all of the above. Get started with your bullet journal and take control of your life! Bullet-style journals will be provided.
