Teen Music Club

Bus Trip: Hamilton: The Exhibition

Page to Screen Book Club: Fried Green Tomatoes

Every month we'll watch a movie and discuss the book from which it was adapted. This month's we'll watch Fried Green Tomatoes after reading the novel by Fannie Flagg. 1991. 2h 10m. PG-13.

Play date! Come see what creative fun we are offering for little ones and their caregivers. We'll offer a few engaging pre-literacy activities each week with a focus on play. Siblings under three or over age five may also participate.

Polish Heritage Book Club: The Chosen Maiden

Join us every other month for an English-language book discussion group focused on literature related to Poland and Polish culture.

This month we'll read The Chosen Maiden by Eva Stachniak. The lush, sweeping story of a remarkable dancer who charts her own course through the tumultuous years of early twentieth-century Europe.

Books are available to borrow at the Library Services Desk one month before our meeting.

Anonymous Teen Writers

Writers in grades 7 - 12 are invited to join in on a weekly hour and a half of socializing, discussion, and, of course, writing! Share your poems and stories in a supportive space or listen to others read.

Intro to the Embroidery Machine

Learn the basics of our computer aided embroidery machines. You will learn how to thread the machine and stitch a word or phrase onto fabric.
