Establish a Library PIN

To protect your privacy, our new computer reservation system requires the use of a PIN as well as your library card number. To establish a new PIN or reset a forgotten PIN, continue on.

What is a PIN?
A PIN is a Personal Identification Number at least 4 characters long that is used in combination with your Library Card Number to identify you as someone who has the right to access your personal information. You will need a PIN when accessing the library catalog to place holds, pay fines or change your contact information. You will also need a PIN when reserving time on any library computer stations. 
 
How do I get a PIN?
  • On our website, eisenhowerlibrary.org, click “Account Login
  • Enter your full name and the barcode number found on your library card.
  • Enter an easy to remember PIN at least 4 characters long.
  • You will be taken to a new screen and asked to confirm your new PIN.
  • Once finished, you will be able to use the library catalog and reserve time on a computer.
I forgot my PIN!
  • Visit eisenhowerlibrary.org and click “Account Login
  • Click “Forgot Your Pin?”
  • Enter your full name and the barcode number found on your library card.
  • A message will be sent to your email address on record. It will contain the instructions to reset your PIN.
