                   Certificates, Series 2007B, evidencing the rights to payment under such Installment
                   Purchase Agreement, prescribing the details of the Installment Purchase Agreement
                   and Certificates, and providing for the security for and means of payment under the
                   Installment Purchase Agreement of the Certificates".
